About Me
Hi, I’m Luke Brannon, Owner and President of Grand Welcome Panama City Beach. After 15 successful years in the television and technology industries, I decided to leverage my business leadership experience and turn my passion for travel, hospitality, systems, and technology into a full-time venture.
As a Southern boy, the Gulf Coast was a frequent vacation destination for me and my family, and we created so many great memories here over the years. My wife, Laura, and I continued this tradition while dating, and I popped the question right here on the sands of the Emerald Coast.
We now call this area home, and I get to spend my days helping property owners maximize the potential of their vacation and investment homes.
Laura supports our community as a teacher and lends her eye for detail to creating a high-end guest experience.
What We Love About Panama City Beach
We love the simple pleasures like walking the beautiful coastline, taking in the sun, or swimming in the crystal clear emerald water. If you don’t find us at the beach, we are probably eating one of our favorite PCB meals like the classic Grouper Picatta at The Grand Marlin or a bit more laid back with a super-fresh grouper sandwich at Schooners.

Hi, I’m Juston Clarkston. I’m an entrepreneurial minded business development and client success leader with more than 15 years in the vacation rental industry and over 30 years in sales. I’ve built my career by focusing on being a trusted resource, building long-term win-win partnerships, always striving for clear communication and results that move the needle.
I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration, integrity, and a genuine understanding of each client’s business and personal objectives. My approach is rooted in becoming a respected advisor—not just a service provider.
What I Love About Panama City Beach
Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of four energetic boys, including twins. When we’re not traveling, you’ll find us involved in team sports, outdoor adventures, coaching, and volunteering in our community. We like to go big but we also love to relax, grill at home and challenge one another to some cornhole or a game of golf.

Hi, I'm Naomi Little. I was born at Tyndall Air Force Base and returned to my roots in Panama City Beach eight years ago. My academic journey took me to Troy University, where I studied Marketing and Global Business. Over the years, I've immersed myself in the vacation rental management industry, developing a profound love for hospitality.
I have a passion for curating memorable vacations that will keep your guests returning year after year to their home away from home. My goal is to take care of everything for you, so that you can spend time doing what is important to you.
